Early bird fee: 40 eur for registrations submitted by August 31, 2026
Regular fee: 55 eur for registrations submitted on or after September 1, 2026
The registration fee covers the event programme and venue costs.
Payment instructions will be sent to you by email within a few days after you have submitted this form. Your registration becomes binding once the payment has been received.
Registration fees will only be refunded if the event is cancelled.
Please note that accommodation is not included. All participants are responsible for making and paying for their own hotel reservations directly with the hotel or another accommodation provider.
